I made an e/r nuker just to test it. It would have been fun if it had set the recharge timers to 5 instead of disabling them, but rather broken
Edit: Actually, it might disable for 5, but resume along the current recharge.
That is, anything with less than 5 seconds recharge would be disabled for the whole 5 seconds, and anything else with more than that would be unaffected.

And if you're wondering what I'm talking about in terms of 'setting' recharge times, try Mark of Protection, Aegis, and Sheilding Hands. Although it disables them for 10 seconds, if you had just cast those 30 second recharge spells, you'd actually see them recharge much faster than they normally would, if you cast Mark of Protection right afterwards.
